From: "Friends of Transit NEWS" To: "Friends of Transit NEWS" Subject: Another Opportunity To Meet Senator Kyl Date: Thursday, February 28, 2002 4:56 PM Another opportunity to meet Senator Kyl - this one is FREE A while back, we sent you a note about a breakfast meeting where Senator Kyl was speaking for those of you interested in hearing what the Senator has to say and to provide you with opportunities to ask questions that are important to you. Even though the price of breakfast was a bit expensive, we're told some fellow Friends of Transit members were in attendance and had a chance to speak to the Senator about transit. Well, here is another opportunity. Best of all, this event is free and open to the public. On Thursday, April 4th (7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.), Senator Kyl will be speaking about the impact of terrorism and the involvement of the diplomatic, military, financial and law enforcement fronts. The event will be held at ASU's John Armstrong Law Building - Great Hall. Senator Kyl will be speaking at 7:00 pm and there will be a Q&A session from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 pm. Directions to the Law School Take the East Loop 202 to the Scottsdale/Rurual Road and head south on Rural Road and continue approximately 1.2 miles to Lemon Street (2nd light after University Drive), turn right onto Lemon Street. Visitor parking is on your right just past the 3-story parking structure. The College of Law is directly across the street from visitor parking.
